Strategic Plan

A school strategic plan is a fully documented plan of action that outlines what our school wants to achieve in the future and how it plans to get there.  After reviewing current data, Burch PK8 Strategic Planning Committee has established the following priorities and goals for the 2025-2026 school term:

1.  Students in grades 3rd-8th will increase by 5% the number proficient on Cambium assessment abd K-2 will increase by 5% on iReady from BOY to EOY during the 2025-2026 school year.

2.  The number of students proficient in grades K-2 utilizing iReady math diagnostic will increase by 5% and students in the 3rd-8th on the benchmark will icrease by 5% from BOY to EOY for the 2025-2026 school year.

3.  By the end of the 2025-2026 school year Burch will decrease the average yearly rate by 5% for identified chronically absent students utilizing a Multi-Tier System of Support.

4.  Staff members will have opportunitie to attend profession development sessons offered at county anc school levels

Progress toward the achievement of these goals will be monitored and reviewed throughout the year.  Modifications will be made, as necessary, to respond to current trends and availability of resources.
